We only Ship Within the Continental United States.

All orders are usually shipped within 24 hours unless otherwise noted.  We ship Monday-Friday using Priority Mail (2-3 days) services with the USPS.   Shipping may take a little longer during the busy holidays. We take great care to ensure our chocolates are packed appropriately, however we are not responsible for damage incurred in the shipping process.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

WARM WEATHER SHIPPING:  Belgium chocolate has a lower melting point (72 degrees F) than other chocolates because it contains cocoa butter in place of waxes.  Because of this, during the warm months (over 70 degrees F) and/or if you live in a warm climate, an ice box is required for guaranteed safe delivery of your chocolates.
